BlockModelling provides automated data analysis and modeling tools for informational and experimental purposes only.
BlockModelling does not provide financial, legal, business, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on outputs from the platform.
3. User Data & Ownership
You retain ownership of any data you upload.
You grant BlockModelling permission to process your data only to provide the service and improve the product.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files.
4. Prohibited Data
You agree not to upload:
- Sensitive personal data (e.g., SSNs, government IDs)
- Medical or health records
- Highly confidential or regulated information
5. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining account security.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or for platform safety reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BlockModelling is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for losses, damages, or decisions made based on platform outputs
